ParentsDouceur
Context
Vitrine site for an independent perinatal and parental practitioner. UI/UX and development, working directly with the practitioner. Full-custom WordPress (ACF + Timber), GSAP for soft animations.
My approach
Small solo project in direct contact with the client: a practitioner who wanted a site that felt like her — warm, soft, feminine. Maternal art direction (pastels, curves, serif type), no over-the-top motion — just what was needed for the page to breathe.
- Soft, maternal art direction: pastel palette, curved shapes, warm serif typography.
- Full-custom WordPress with Timber + ACF Pro — a clean back-office so the practitioner can update content on her own.
- Discreet GSAP animations serving the mood, not stealing the show.
Stack & technical choices
WordPress with Timber + ACF Pro for a back-office usable by a non-tech, GSAP for the motion layer. A stack matched to scope: a vitrine site should stay light to edit.
Outcome & takeaways
Site shipped. For me, a solo project end to end (UI/UX + dev) in direct contact with the client — a useful exercise in aligning art direction and code with no middleman.
